The Switzer Real Estate Group are highly-trained professional Realtors, with over 15 years of real estate 

experience; strong business acumen and an extraordinary passion for helping people achieve the lifestyle of their dreams.  Growing up amongst some of Canada's largest developers and home builders has provided Michael and Steven with the industry connections and practical experience needed when handling large real estate transactions.

Our team is made up of highly educated and experienced negotiators.  Between us we are fluent in several languages and able to negotiate effectively in any situation.  We are full service professionals who attack each day with care and enthusiasm.  The Switzer's strong commitment to excellence is founded upon honesty and hard work.  This is evident by our huge referral network and outstanding reputation.  In fact, we are extremely proud to say that over 80% of our business comes directly from past and present client referrals.
